Shine Bridge Global Incorporated (SBG), is a minority owned Small-Medium Enterprise (SME) based in the United States of America (‘’USA’’). The company was birthed out of the need to create global market outlets for fresh roots and vegetables produced by African smallholder farmers to meet the global consumer demands for plant-based healthy alternatives to meat, grains, and potatoes. SBG is currently focused on transforming cassava roots and similar vegetables into functional industrial food ingredients for making conveniently packaged, savory foods such as snacks, crackers, pizza crust, wraps and shawarma, pasta and noodles, and other gluten-free and grain-free food products.
